it's still probably a good idea to read the paper and watch the news, if only to understand what people are talking about.

everytime i watch the news though its something useless.lol.

i have no attention span for the news paper. i lose interest very quickly :-?

it can be funny, though.

for example, what's on the front page of cnn right now... the headline "7 reported dead in Turkey blast"

makes me think, "well fuck, i've been a bit uncomfortable, possibly even bloated after a big turkey blast, but it never killed me."
