For great house in South Knoxville! Available immediately! Female or Gay Male preferred. Plenty of privacy! You'd have the whole upstairs (large bedroom, masterbath with jacuzzi tub, huge walk in closet), and share living room, dining room, sunroom and kitchen. Nice neighborhood, large yard, plenty of storage in the basement. No smoking inside (landlord's rule, not mine). Small pet okay. I have friendly inside cats. Roomy must be open minded! Great deal!
