I'm irritated...

I just got cussed out by a client...and I don't know why I'm posting this here, I just feel the need to vent.

Some client cussed me out because she came in late for her appointment due to the fact that her appointment card said one time while in the computer it said another. So she cussed me out even tho it was my supervisor that made the appointment and wrote out the card and not lil ol' me.
I guess what irritates me the most (and those of you who personaly know me, know what goes on here) is that I get yelled at every day for making teensy weeny itty bitty mistakes, but when my supervisor makes a mistake she's no where to be found to take the heat... :ebonk:

Don't be sorry...Those of us that deal with the public every day feel your pain. Sometimes it helps to get it out. Take up smoking - that helps too

It'll be okay,... atleast you don't have random old guys calling you and yelling at you because you couldn't get their "20.00 ct tanzanite in reserve" and now they can't blow 6,000 on an itty bitty stone...

Thanks, I also left out the part about how this yucky smelly dude comes in here all the time and stalks me. Yesterday he told me that he was gonna go visit his family for a few weeks but that if I go shopping to get another black shirt because he loves me in black, and that I look so good in it.
People are weird.
This job sucks ass.
I want to go home.

Sorry you're having to deal with shitty supervisors. I recommend getting a Xanga weblog. It helps when you wanna let off steam to have somewhere to let it off. Not that I mind reading things here, I'll read most anything put in front of me.
Personally, I am just tired of getting screamed at because someone was too stupid to see the $4 price tag on the bottle of water in the room. I work in customer service for accounting for the Marriott hotels. Ugh.

I used to feel your pain Vicious Blood. I went farther into my own personal hell because of it. (Agoraphobia/Panic Disorder/Social disorder/OCD/etc al....)
I don't really have anything that can prevent the slime sucking boss of yours from making you take her slack. (Although the bad vibe glaring does work....if you are not afraid of Karma)

Grand Theft Auto and first person shooters....that might help. Or just quiting the job. Or hell...hire a hitman/woman. But,don't let work take over after work and you should be fine.
