You had not, to my knowledge, refused. The last I heard was Gretchen saying you would. I've gotten no emails or other communication from you saying "No", so of course I took Gretchen's word.
There's no need to come off with that attitude. I'll gladly take your name off the list.

thank you.

i have in fact posted - and stated - that i was unwilling to do it. some people - admittedly, not you - haven't taken my rejection of the idea seriously, when i really couldn't get more serious about this matter.

my apologies go to anyone who's feelings might have been hurt, but my opinion of the publication - and my rejection thereof - still stands.

apparently. however, we have moved it to private conversation so as to not add to the Drossip. I am too sick to make a fuss.

i think the problem is that iblis got up in the wrong bed this morning.

note: i realize how wrong this could be taken. however, as i'm certain that all important parties know precisely what (and where) i'm talking about, i don't care to elaborate.

see, now, there's the ibbie I know and love.

I was starting to think he had been captured by aliens and subjected to anal probing southern babtists with purple latex gloves and smilie faces on their lapels who were telling him it was for the good of the KnoxGoth collective. That's enough to make anyone hate life and the forum, right?

he's sick, and he hates everyone right now. the aliens would be a marked improvement over the current situation.

please note that this is not a request for alien abduction.

Well in that case I'll keep him. But I expect my network to be up and running perfectly and all my laundry to be done and folded. ;o)
