I had one of those at work shorty. It was so cute.

But now you are a Mac person.

Scary.

Eh, I just bought it at CompUSA. I got the 599$ model. People on Ebay are stupid and pay almost retail for them. So I figured I'd just take the instant gratification. I wouldn't exactly say I'm a Mac person. I like the hardware, but my OS of choice is Linux. Hence, Ubuntu replaced OSX the day I purchased it.

I tried it for all of how long it took me to download the latest version of Ubuntu. I have nothing against OSX, it's just not my cup of tea. I don't edit photos, music, or movies. I'm probably getting a Mac at work soon that has OSX on it since I will be supporting that too. So I'll play on it more then. But Linux is my OS of choice for all the desktop things I like to do with the exception of gaming. Hence, the giant box I keep beside the desk and only boot up when it's time to play CS:S, BF:V, or some other FPS that hasn't been ported to something besides Windows.

Cool, I do think OS X is a good OS. One thing I actually did a while back was talk my dad, who had never used a computer before, into buying a PPC Mac Mini from somebody I knew that was selling it at a good price. One of the best ideas I ever had. I never get calls about spyware or any other crap. And he picked up what he wanted to do on it pretty quickly. I didn't worry so much about him as I did all my other relatives that live on the same street he does. Every one of them has Windows and has screwed their computer up beyond existence with spyware and crap. And of course, first thing I say is, "Best idea would be to format." They can never find their Windows/Restore disk.
