Haha... wtf... like he would've never found out that he was a character in a popular video game? AND he's a lawyer??!! Stupid, stupid move.

Well, the thing is, he is trying to get Midway to do something about it. Midway did not create the character of him. The game has a character creation function in which other users created a character in his likeness and with his name and shared it online. There is nothing he can do to Midway about that. Besides, he is not doing so well in courts anymore. Apparently, judges don't like it when you throw temper tantrums.
