That's not the point. You like this thread. Suppose it were locked because someone else found it annoying. I don't have to read it, just as you all didn't have to read the other thread. The true matter is one of principle. Nobody was harmed by it, nor are they by this thread. Locking a thread because you don't like it is the same as complaining about the government when you don't even vote. There is a link in the upper right corner of each of the forum pages which reads "Mark all threads read". Guess what that does? You don't have to read a thread you find annoying or offensive. That link takes care of marking it read for you. Again, the point was a simple power trip. I don't like it, just as you shouldn't either.
