A Possible Venue?

So, I've been contemplating something for awhile, so bear with me. So, I've known that there are alot of places that are transformed, on a regular basis, from abandoned to club. Well, I don't know if it's possible or whatever, but here's the thought. Do with it what you will.

In Clinton, there's a bit of abandoned space right on the main drag. Its former name was Magnet Mills, and from what my family has told me, it's huge inside. Now, already a CVS pharmacy has torn down part of the mill down. It's probably only about a few hundred yards, though, and there's still room to spare.

I know this place is definitely for sale, and I was wondering if there's anyone here who's seen the building, have an opinion on the builder, or would want to take a look at the place, just to see if it could be used as a venue.

Just a thought. Ignore it or use it as you will.

I'm afraid I can't see many people driving to Clinton...sorry, even if renovating an old building was feasible by anyone I know.
