Not to burst anyones bubble but:

Its against international treaties to sell land on the moon. When all the countries were racing to get to the moon we all said while we can still visit the moon we won't 'own' the moon.

Its just a scam.

I think its more like buying a star, the 29.95 is just for the little paper youd get saying you owned it (or at least there are those places that do that, this one might be just for fun) (Tom Cruise actually believes he owns part of the moon and mars and expects to be able to go there one day)
