Calhoun...

Post by Nexxus23 »

Calhoun is a tiny industrial town in Meigs county. It's only real business is newsprint manufacture.
The pollution of said manufacture smells like boiled cabbage and ass.

Just thought you all needed to know that.

Calhoun is in McMinn County. Megis in NW of McMinn.

There is a HUGE papermill there. that's what makes the awful smell. There is alo an Olin Chemical place there, Alki Division. They make pool chemicals and have the support for pool chemicals there.

I'd love company, but you really don't wanna do that. REALLY.
My neighbor's chickens will eat you. They're damn mean chickens...

Actually its great. Aside from the hamster cage smeel of wood chips. I have a lot of really good friends that live out there. After a couple of of hours you don't even notice the smell at all.

The Olin facility is a great place to work, the tech support jobs are cake and pay well. Most of the chemical processes are done by machines from what I know.
