Ok if anyone knows someone looking for a place to live in a decent neighborhood then pass the word along I am selling my condo. I am asking 65,900.00 which for the area is a good deal. Kael and I might be moving either out of state or out of the country either way I will be placing my condo on the open market and soon. I would rather do a private sale then to involve real estate agents. The condo is a 2 bedroom townhouse with hardwoods on bottom level and neutral carpet on top level. Oak cabnets in kitchen and in bathrooms,Oak crown molding through out the house. 1 and 1/2 baths. Lots of storage inside and out. Nice for single person or for young couple starting out. I will only show the condo to a potential serious buyer! So don't waste my time or yours if you don't believe you are interested or if you can not come up with the cash flow.

Im looking for a house at the moment in bearden, harden valley, or rockey hill area.

The condo is in North Knoxville (Ft. City area) - the assoc dues are 201.00 every 3months which is 67.00 a month if you want to figure it that way. Everything is taken care of meaning the outside of condo and surrounding areas. There is trash pickup on premises etc. IT is a good quiet area near and central to everything. I can be downtown in less than 5mins and I can be out west in less than 20 mins. Several parks are near me as well. It is a all brick condo very good construction I have never had a prob with the outside of condo or inside of condo. All Appliances will stay ( ref, stove and washer and dryer). All fixtures will stay which are the polished antique brass. I have done alot to renovate the place. IT is cable ready as well.
