Ya know, I's gettin tired of all dis oriental type chop spuey stuff. What I really wants is some good pasta and sauce, ya know what I mean? So hows about it?

For something a little different, theres the Italian Market out towards faraget. Little on the high price (1-2 dollars more than Maccaronis) but usually high quality food. Theres also one on North Peters (forget the name) its between Circut City And Trade Winds. Most people really like this one (But you've really got to love your Red Sauces). Then theres Carabas also on North Peters out near the Outback, its in between OG's style and Macaronis quality.

The Italian Market and Grille probably has the most authentic Italian cuisine in Knoxville. I know some native Italians who will say the same thing. Check out their Sunday brunch. It kicks ass.

I believe they had really bad ratings last year... as far as health conditions, etc. A friend of mine worked there and said it was so gross he had to quit. I've not been there, myself.
