...the last two pics in the file are of our trip to New Smyrna Beach, Fla. The last one is of my oldest son :-) These pics were taken with a digital...not great quality or anything...I just kind of liked the structure of the photo, the grey clouds in the back were nice...and of course the adorable subject !

I like the colors in "Cliffs" - it's fun.

I really like the expression on the woman's face in
"Profile". Is that one done in chalk/charcoal?

Thanks so much. "Profile" was done in charcoal and white chalk. It is actually a self portrait I did from a photo about 19 years ago when I attended UTK. Hmmm...am I giving my "tender" age away...lol. My fave is to work with charcoal, chalk, pastels or watercolor...sometimes all at once! I also used to play around with doing relief with paper pulp. In my present living situation I dont have alot of room to work so I've been mostly working with charcoal. Thanks again... ya made me smile :)

P.S. can't wait to see some other peoples work posted!
