I don't know if my avatar is ok
Hello one and all,
remember me, I'm the guy from Nashville that came to Sanctus and wore a vinyl suit lol Anyway, I just remade my account here and I was wondering if my avatar was in violation of the rules governing them? If so I'm sorry and I'll fix it. If I do have to fix it, how do I do that without having pixelation? thanks for the help.
I remain,
Brian

wow, they sure are whoring you out with those resize requests.
i'm teaching myself the finer points of php right now, and i've just gotten into playing with GD. so if anyone wants to try an automated resizing, they can go here and upload their image. often, it'll do the job, if the image is simply. however, if you want specific resizing done (i.e., some weird height:width ratio, color correction, watermarking), you'll still have to ask someone to do it for you.
and i'm almost certain that i'm losing some raw image quality somewhere within the program, too. this is because i suck at math. go figure.
i do review pictures that are resized, so if you're worried about privacy, don't use this service.

sadly, I don't mind helping, makes me feel useful

yes, but this doesn't contrain the proportions.
(what this means is that unless your image is a perfect square, then it will squish it like it did on the old boards.)

whereas I have developed the ability to resize pictures with my eyes closed, using only my other 5 senses to magically perform this task.

you see, implementing that would be "work". i'm lazy.
