What are you listening to right now?

If it's not covered by one of those other categories, you should probably talk about it here. Be nice.

Well, basically the whole St. Anger album...didn't like it at first but it grew on me...except for Lars and his damn chime snair drums...it gets annoying.

In my head right now is

Conjour One
Project Pitchfork
Front Line Assembly

Yeah don't ask how I'm blending those. Geez I'm glad people can't hear me think.

On the way home a few min ago it was Tricky, um, the one with Overcome as the first track. And as I head back out it'll probally be some PJ Harvey or Clan of Xymox depending on what my husband left in the car....

I've been picking choice morsels from my MP3 collection, mostly.

random Cowboy Bebop music - The Singing Sea, Stella by Moor, Kabutoga Ni Kodai No Sakana

Fugazi - Red Medicine, The Argument, Repeater,.. especially Forensic Scene from Red Medicine. Mmmm. And Life and Limb too!

Garbage - 2.0

Foetus - Gash

FNM - Get Out, The Gentle Art of Making Enemies, Digging the Grave from King for a Day Fool for a Lifetime

Edith Piaf - Jezebel

Noir Desir - Le Vent Nous Portera

Roy Rogers and the Sons of the Pioneers - Cool Water (This song kicks so much ass I can't get over it)

The Tear Garden - In Search of My Rose

The Tea Party - Triptych

Deep in the Heart of Tuva - cowboy music from the wild east

and of course an unhealthy portion of Bach... in a minor key.

As a matter of fact, I'm listening to Siouxsie & the Banshees' song "Running Town" from their album Hyaena. Always sends chills down my spine.

Too funny. Last night it was Circle of Strife and Hakuna My Tatas. I am a closet lion king fan, even though Kimba did it all first!

"Enemy" and "Face to face" by Sevendust. The whole album is great...well, being a Gemini I tend to go from ober-goth mood to happy bouncy to "Sit fuck down and shut the fuck up" mood...since today was shitty...it was number three...therefore, good angry music is always the correct medication...well, so is talk radio...but since Knoxville sucks...we really don't get any decent talk radio. Well, that won't matter in November...

oh yeah..."Bring me to Life" and "Going Under"

This is the time of year I start replaying my Halloween compilations....I have several Projekt compilations, a few new wave, and I love tribute albums as well. If anyone is a Danzig fan, they should check out "Blood and Tears" from the Less than Zero soundtrack. It's one of my favorites.
