and ive learned many interesting things from ibbie links and click all of them. they are one of the main reason i still post on this site at all.

glad to know that that thread is still doing what i hoped it would when it hit page 10. maybe if it was a 30 page thread bitching about all the music that doesnt qualify as good enough or goth more people would like it, but i for one dont give a shit and im pretty sure most others dont either.

Nah, it takes a bit more to piss me off. And I love lots of people who listen to music I find atrocious. I've said it before and I'll say it again: I like Jimmy Buffett..lol.

Good Charlotte is the most merchandised "punk" band I've ever seen and I find it quite nauseating. But we are all allowed our opinions and diversity. I was just playfully jabbing. I think "saves the day" blows goats too, but I still like ya.

I really like people who listen to ICP, so...taste doesn't necessarily matter

um sadly I have noticed this trend. I liked them before all that happened....I saw their lunchbox in torrid and nearly fainted....on the other hand I have seen misfits lunchboxes too.....wonder how they feel about that? I highly doubt they agreed to it!

However I am making a vow right here and now not to fall for taking things personally.........I'm weird and likely as not someone will touch on something that I really like.......however my weirdness is why I'm here....right?

I am exactly the same way. My favorite bands are FAR from "goth" music....most of my stuff barely even fit into a label. My two favorite bands are Travis and Oleander so....there ya go.
