Alabama goths

Maykyr & I just returned from vending chainmaille & caricature at the Alabama Renaissance Faire http://www.geocities.com/alabamarenfaire/index.html; & nterestingly enuff, our vending booth waz set up next 2 the only gothz we saw all weekend... Vinyl, black hooded cloakz, full make-up, black faery wingz, & even the festival "troll"! O' course, their salez weren't so good, b'cauz they frightened away most o' the normalz... but we were pleasantly surprized 2 c & meet n e gothz there! Dunno if we got picz, but I'll post 'em, if so.

Bah Bama goths have been around for quite a bit, used to be 2 nights, one in Birmingham the other in Montgomery, and I hear Huntsville had a couple but kept getting burned by venues (and personally its the Mississippi goths (if any exist) I'd be a-feared of). But then you can't imagine the shit I get from friends on the west coast...
