Hello Logic. Me is Celestial Dung the other Board Monitor. the one who has been lacking in the last few days (Thanks Johnathen) I'm about to speak to you in two voices. One being the official moderator voice, the other being my own personal.

Please refrain from inciting arguments or attacks. I think by know you know how a lot of people on this board feel about Jay. I think you know that your newest message will only serve to stir up meaningless arguments. Feel free to enage in calm intelectual debate but do not "troll".

I can't add much to what Bone said a few posts down. Me, I don't like war. I figure that it's wasting of a already short life. But the one thing I have learned over my short lifetime is no I don't know everything. What is repugnent to me is not neccessarily so to others.

I've talked to Jay and I'm sure we would be in disagreement over a lot of things. But this is what impresses me ore then anything, even his chosen path of soldier. He's a good man. He loves his family and friends. He freely gives to others. He highly apreciative of joy and a smile. If you wonder why so many people got up in arms when it was felt you were verbally atacking Jay, well it's because he's one of the special ones.

I honesllty don't see what you hope to achieve by any of this. When you make someone mad, they stop listening to you. If you make a most elegent argument about peace and the profanity of war nobody's going to listen to you because you've already angered them.

I'm sure you've heard of John Lennon. He has this quote I've carried with me. Goes like this "War is Over, if you want it." that from Merry Christmas War is over. but I think the other one is equely and meaningfull.

There is absolutely NO NEED for war anymore. We as humans are passed that. We need to grow up and start concentrating on what's wrong with us, not what's wrong with other countries.

Saddam was not a threat at all, rather a scapegoat. IF he had weapons of mass destruction maybe it's because he was afraid of the United States. What kind of man runs like a coward into a hole? A man who is terrified.

Do a little research on how many gun deaths we have per year compared to the rest of the world. I think you'll be quite surprised when the number even comparatively is over 10 times higher than anywhere.

You're all participating in one of the largest money-making schemes of all time.

You are never going to gain any form of wisdom by verbally bashing folks you have never met. You will gain no friendships due to your heated and immature words. We call ourselves the United States of America, a world power. Well....I think it's about time we acted like one and set an example of peace and tranquility for the rest of the world.

I remember when we fought, we fought FOR something.

You say "Hey, Logic. We fought in the 18th Century to obtain this country full and free so that you have the right to say what you are."

I say "Hey, Mr. Ignorant. "God" gave me the right to say what I want. English people came here to settle and practice religion while they not only worshipped non-existence and fear but killed off almost an entire race of people(Indians), enslaved another (Africans), and then when that wasn't enough they decided to kill their own out of fear (Salem WitchCraft Trials).

This country just like religion is based on fear, lies, killing, and money.

America is also by far the fattest, laziest country in the world.

Think about this....any of you in the Air Force? With JUST ONE decent sized fleet of super planes you could take that money and clean up the streets of the WORLD. That means FOOD, CLOTHES, AND SHELTER AND NOT ONE HUMAN BEING WOULD HAVE TO GO TO BED TONIGHT HUNGRY, COLD, OR EXPOSED.

Think about that you fucking pieces of shit.

Really? Because that hasn't happened in a long, long time. Well over 17 years ago; Hell, well over 50, for that matter.

It's my honest opinion that, if you stick with your current methods of communication, the only thing you're going to succeed at is an early grave, and perhaps a neat little stain on the sidewalk. Even inarticulate motherfuckers like myself have to chew on a tact sandwich every now and again.

I already have. You just can't see it. And you're insane if you think I'm anything like this in person. I don't waste my time with people who can't even think enough to argue. It's no fun that way. As long as there's opposition to an argument it can never truly be solved. That's why nothing really matters, literally.

A lot of what you say does make sense. Glad you enjoyed Bowling for Columbine so much, as it was an an outstanding, albeit one sided, view on the state of violence and fear in america today. It obvioously made a big impression on you. To be honest, it did to me as well.

I did notice that your views differ significantly from Michael Moore's as I don't beleive that he ever referred to Charlton Heston or his audience as "you fucking pieces of shit. "

At least not on camera, and not in the public eye. I would not mind having a discussion about important issues such as religion, gun control, the state of our nation, conspiracy theory, or overpopulation. In fact, we have had many discussions on those or similar topics on this board - not all of us agreed on any of these topics, we would argue one another's points, but we did not refer to one another as "you fucking pieces of shit. "

If you are trying to have an intelligent conversation about issues that concern you, you should know that you come off as being an antagonistic troll with the agenda of pissing people off for your enjoyment. If that is indeed the case, you are not welcome here by me or many others. If that is not the case, then you now know that you need to work on your social skills if you expect to be taken the least bit seriously.

This is MY real opinion.

I don't know logic...what happens when you piss people off? Don't they get angry? So far,as a person who has pretty much kept to himself on your opinions,I have not seen anyone ignore you. I have seen,people try to talk to you and understand you. Some through anger....some through straight up questions. Some such as myself...sitting back trying to figure out if you are just trying to play around or if you actually have a point and believe what you preach and practice it as well.

So far I have gathered that you are just an angery person...nothing wrong with that....but,with all your rants about "I hope they die" and the like,its kinda hard to believe that you really do want peace and you really do think killing is wrong. And other statements such as "It was all BS" makes it even harder to believe you are serious. I really am having a hard time trying to figure out exactly what you beieve...no joke. So far all I have seen is anger,hatred,and discontent.

How I see your anger is....You have not let conversations die. You keep pouring gasoline on the fire. Instead of letting it be all and be a wise one to have stated your opinions and left it be,you have started new threads,carried over the arguement to other threads.and done all but say...in my opinion.

This also is where I see the hatred. By not letting an arguement fade away when you feel you are right and you realize that you cannot change people's minds...you've went to some place alot darker than just anger. Which once again thier is nothing wrong with that...just don't start crying for an end to violence when you yourself are being violent. Not with physical actions...you are being violent with words. And yes it is possible.

Your discontent seems to lie in everything I have read,that you have posted. Can you prove me wrong?

As far as your name being chosen to mirror Logic....hey that's great. But,would a logical man not understand the importance of friends?And realize taht friends will do whatever it takes to protect one another from being slammed or verbally abused? And would a logical man not want to accumulate enemies simply for the fact that he would realize that it will only bring more hardships on himself? Just a thought.

But,not all you say I disagree with....For instance killing is wrong. Would I kill??? Yes. Have I killed??? Yes Do I kill??? Yes. Do I believe that thier is one person on this Earth who has not killed and will continue to kill??? No

We all kill so many things/have killed so many things,will kill so many things, that it is impossible for me to ponder a life without killing. (If you need more information on what I am talking about I am sure a person as intellegent as yourself can come up with the rational explainations needed for the answers)

I will leave you with this...we are all ignorant about certain topics/beliefs/ideas, no one knows all the answers and no one knows what is truely right. I have learnt this through my 28 years of life. If you can prove me wrong please do. I am always trying to be open to new ideas...just try not to waste my time.

you state to many things in the form of being facts and that what everyone else things is wrong. just another way to show your immaturity. you want to catch someones attention by saying something intelligent? then actually try saying something intelligent. don't tell them they are wrong. explain you reasoning, let them explain theirs and don't get pissed off if there is a disagreement. use their opinions to at least extend your knowledge base.

and i just want to point out, unless you believe in a higher power (god) then your freedoms are instilled by man. unless you are the only person in existence which would make this all one big delusion anyway wouldn't it?

oh and your views on violence... your views would work fine and well as long as <u>everyone</u> had the same opinions. which i must point out, will never happen, because then it becomes to easy to tip balances of power (in reference to any level, personal gov. etc). as long as there are shitheads in society who will do fucked up stuff then the only real way to retaliate is by being on the same level. what do you think the united states would be like if we did not have the standing military that we do?

i am going to go ahead and take a stab at your answer ahead of time because i have a few min before i have to go to work. even if this is not your answer, its still something good to chew on. the most common answer i have encountered is "then we would not go around pushing everyone around and then we would not be nearly as hated" which, that might actually be true, but you have to go deeper than that. yes, that might improve the light in which the world looks at us, but does that mean that another world power would not come in and control us? if we did not have the military that we do, what do you think would happen with the U.S. in regards to the U.N. ,Japan, or hell go far enough back and the USSR?
