Care Package for Jay & Pals

If it's not covered by one of those other categories, you should probably talk about it here. Be nice.

Definitely send him books and magazines. That's what I used to want the most.

What does he like to read?
I've abused the print shop and made him some blank books, I just need to know who to give them to and when so that they get shipped out to him.

jay is a weird reader...he likes stuff like this perfect day by ira levine, which i ordered for him last week. he likes reference books: thesauras, weird facts, trivia, world record books, almanacs, etc. he likes school book kinda things. he isn't much into fiction. he mentioned the tao (sp?) of pooh and different religious (buddism, encyclopedias of diff. religions, karate books, etc. ;-)

I have a pocket sized copy of the Tao I'll throw into the mix. I think I still have a data book on all the world's aircraft here somewhere as well. He'd like that.

So where should I bring these things?

I got some questions about specifics.

1) What are some of his other favorite food things?
2) What kind of drawing equipment? My hubby the artist is very specific about what he uses for what. Does Jay have a favorite kind of drawing pencil or pen? Does he want colouring pencils? What are his favorite brands?
3) Playing cards? Collectible cards, you know the ones us sci-fi geeks have.
4) Because I am also a servant to the evil tobacco, what brand does he smoke again?
5) What kind/brand of toiletries?
6) What are his favorite Mags?

Ok that about covers it. So Erin is gonna have a box to drop stuff into? My Dad is in charge of shipping at his job and he said that anytime I needed to mail stuff to send it thru him. So maybe I could get us a free or at least cheap shipping.

good questions! hugs btw:

1) What are some of his other favorite food things? --- he likes nuts, tortilla chips, doritos, snickers, kit kats, apples, crackers wif peanut butter, cookies, altoids, certs, twizzlers.

2) What kind of drawing equipment? --- he likes those green drawing pencils...i can't member the name, oil pastels, and charcoal pencils. he likes those roller ball pens for pen and ink drawings.

3) Playing cards, uno, rook, etc.

4) Because I am also a servant to the evil tobacco, what brand does he smoke again? camels and cloves---the ones with an ocean scene on the box.

5) What kind/brand of toiletries? any ole shaving cream, soap, mache 3 blades, baby powder, speed stick deoderant, mennin after shave lotion for his cute head, nail clippers ( he loses those right after purchasing), toothpaste, mouthwash.

6) What are his favorite Mags? he likes pc world, national geographic, car and driver, people, anything art related, anything photography related, puter related.

I would not be OK if Cam was gone - even those five day archaeology conferences are waaaaaaay too long. He's my best friend.

Well, my pen pal is female. So...unless she's bi or a lesbian, I guess I'll keep my panties. Maybe she would like my old issues of Playgirl though.

I'll be sending my guy my fave male cologne.. soooo nice. I'm waiting for a letter back so I know what other kinds of things he likes. *grin*

What do I send with my letter to my lady penpal?

I wrote her a letter didn't get it into todays post so I'll send it out tomorrow. I'm going shopping at Tram Law tonight so what should I get for her? Any ideas in reason are acceptable.

Also I don't wear panties, so that is also out.
