Avatar Size - READ THIS

I've noticed several new avatars this week that are over the allowed size, so this is a reminder of our avatar policy.

Your avatar must be no larger than 128 by 128 pixels, must be no larger than 40KB, and must be in some semblance of good taste, as defined by Arkady, Bone, and myself.

If your avatar is outside those parameters, it may be removed without notice.

I'm going to give everybody who is oversize a few days to fix them, but if you don't fix them, I'm taking them down.

i linked to my avatar from another website, and i can't change the size of it...
can anyone possibly help me out and host a smaller version of my avatar??
