Yes, great news. Unless the f%*king politicians ammend their state constitution, which they are going to try to do.

Dunno why

I'm excited about this news... It's likely that there will be a petition and several rallies to actually change the US constitution from what I understand... the statement was... that it was, paraphrase: not unconstitutional.

Soooo... might be trouble there...

However, I don't know what the big deal is... I mean... hell, all I want is a tax break and to get the insurance when he dies... (hehe, love ya Rob)

this case's ruling can be used to reference other cases that plead it though. once it gets passed in one state, it stands much better odds (with a good judge anyway) in others.......

I was under the impression that it was per state laws, and that state's constitution. Plus Tennessee is so harcore conseritive I seriously doubt that it would have a chance at passing. Then again, that's what they said about the lottery.

While this is great news and I hope it becomes a trend amungst the other states, the grim reality is this is going to fuel the constitutional amendment issue. I bet Bush pushes hard for the Amendment stating that Marriage is an institution between Man and Woman. On the plus side, this could cause him to lose the election if he's not careful.

That's great news! YAY!

As far as will Bush win predictions...lets just say, if I thought that he would lose I would not be registering to vote this year.

NOTE: Please vote people.

I am fairly sure another convenent terrorist attack will happen to help GW stay in office. Cause I, and many others, really did not like our Sadama Claus present from GW this year.

And yes I am a firm believer that Gore won in 2000,I believe that even our government has/will kill its own people to secure the masses, and that 9/11 was staged along with Anthrax letters,war...shall I go on? But,eh,what do I know...I'm just paranoid. :P
Yes, I have wished you were dead. You are just another face in the crowd, someone who brings me suffering, someone I truely hate.

Well, Kerry is getting the attention of Republicians, that don't support a lot of Bush's policies. He isn't slanderign anyone, and only promotioing the good of the counrty. I think that as long as the Democratic vote isn't split, the Democrats will take back the White House.

I think it's possible 9/11 was for real .... but also possible the Bush administration knew of it and chose to allow it to happen, as a pretense for passing all this terror legislation.
