Well I have an idea!!!! :-D

It seems that the Group in California that is trying in vain to stop marriage between same sex couples has put up a website which will e-mail all the legislators and governor of California. It starts off completely filled in, but they allow you to change the text and add anything you would like. Are you getting what my idea is yet? ;-)

You really should use a real e-mail address as the e-mail will also be sent to that group and yourself. Think of this as a reverse petition. Let's use their idea to send a message of support for the Mayor of San Francisco!!!!!

Plus, here is a link to the Georgia organization which is trying to fight the constitutional amendment which only needs to pass the House, it has already passed in the Georgia Senate!!!! They are organizing rallies. Everyone who can should support them in anyway possible!!!!

But, this is something everyone should have a right to do. It doesn't matter that I'm not gay. I have several gay friends, and why shouldn't they get the same rights and opportunities which heterosexuals receive?

Message Sent! I really can't figure out what the big deal is! Their not hurting anyone. Anyone who wants to judge them, based on their sexual preference, just isn't good enough to know them for who they are. That's my philosophy for people who judge for ANY reason.

Hmm....I'm against the gov't. A lot. And I think same sex marriages such be allowd, because I'm bisexual, and if I wanted to marry the girl I'm in love with, there shouldn't be any problem, like what was said, we aren't hurting anyone!

O'DONNELL MARRYING GIRLFRIEND TODAY

Rosie O'Donnell is marrying her girlfriend Kelli Carpenter today in San Francisco.

O'Donnell told A-B-C's "Good Morning America" that President Bush's call for a constitutional amendment banning gay marriage prompted her decision to tie the knot.

The former talk show host says Bush's comments about gay marriage are "the most vile and hateful words ever spoken by a sitting president." She says she's "stunned" and "horrified."

O'Donnell says the proposed amendment is "very, very, very, very shocking. And immoral."

She says she and Carpenter applied for spousal privilege in New York, where they live, and it was denied by the state.

You know that website automatically tacks on extra text in the beginning of your message, right?

A little more locally.. the law makers in our own state are gathering together and trying to get the laws changed here so the same thing won't happen. They had a whole convention about it last week .
