If you liked Super Troopers you should love this. Its fun imagining the actors as thier cop characters in this one. The addition of bill paxton was great he works great with these guys and I hope he dose more work with them.

If you didnt like ST or never saw it you might still like this, real good splatter spoof, its also a good jimmy bufet and beach party spoof.

I was surprised by the crowd, this must have been the alternate fillm for those not going to see the passion. a great matinae (sp) should be an awsome dvd.

Oh Thank you for reviewing this! I LOVED Super Troopers. For all of its faults, I thought that it was the best formula comedy, troupe comedy, I have seen in a very long time.

This reminds me of how the guys work with Spinal Tap, Waiting for Guffman, Best in Show, and A Mighty Wind. Keep your key people and let them play different roles. Didn't work for the FIsh Called Wanda "sequel" Fierce Creatures, but I had high hopes for the Broken Lizard crew. I cannot wait to see what they do with the guy who played Farva!
