KFAR Shoutcast is back online

If it's not covered by one of those other categories, you should probably talk about it here. Be nice.

KFAR Shoutcast is back online

Post by Pan131 »

The KFAR Shoutcast is back up and running. My apologies for the technical difficulties. You can now listen to the best damn station in Knoxville anywhere you have a computer. Tell your friends! Tell your families! Duct tape your children to the speakers and watch them wiggle uncomfortably during my show (trust me, it's fun). There should be two channels, one a simulcast of all the ananrchy on 90.9 and the other 24 hours worth of the best friggin' news anywhere. Much better than the saccharined pseudo-news on NPR or CNN or somesuch. Support community radio in Knoxville!. Listen when you can and join the message board online at http://www.kfar.org - which is also where you'll find the shoutcasts - and let the djs know what you think. We'll play literally anything if we've got it. No holds barred. I'm on Mondays and Wednesdays from 1:00-4:00. Feel free to call me in the studio (when I'm not talking) at 865/577-7955.

Cool! Thanks to those involved in getting it back on-line.....
Duct tape is like 'The Force'. It has a light side and a dark side, and it holds the universe together.
