Who's old?!

Post by Scorptrio »

I'm 35 and get carded for tobacco. Some who have known me for a long time say I haven't aged a day since I was 22. People usually guess 24. I wish I could say it's due to clean living, but that's so not true. What it does have to do with is the healing techniques I've been taught and practice. I do meditation and healing on myself everyday, and it's kept me alive and functioning despite some pretty serious conditions. I don't feel my age but do have the experience and wisdom that comes with it. I can get along with those of all ages because perception and perspective are individual so judgmentalism doesn't come into my reactions. I deal with excruciating pain every day (those conditions I mentioned) but this has only served to make me a more compassionate, caring person. Life is meant to be lived, pain is meant to be overcome.

Well, I'm kinda young. But until I told them otherwise 98% of the people I meet think Im a senior in high school. I a sofm. though. And kind of a young one. Everyone tells me I've got the brain of a 80 year old guru. *shrug* So I guess I don't look my age, and considering I stongly dislike most of my peers, I know I don't feel my age. I feel old and worn out. Wonder what it's going to be like if I live past 30. Makes me tired just to think about it...I think I'm going to go take a nap...

As for sore body parts...I'd have to saw my back. Never sit or stand up right. I should work on that...maybe next week.
