Anyway, here's my current list:
A claymore on my shoulderblade-to remind me to be strong and never be a victim.

hmmm... a claymore seems a strange choice to me...

I have a few but my newest/largest is a giant blue lotus on my back.
When completed it will be a full back piece, with buds and blooms on my shoulders and passably extending around my hips meeting on my lower addoman. Tatoo do cost a lot and take sometime to complete the vision behind them, but they are art and should be an expression of who you are. So they are worth the $$$ and the wait. To express yourself on skin is ultimate in body worship. And I am so lucky to be able to see who I am and express it through my skin.

I only have 2 thus far, both located above my weak ankles to provide extra protection.

On the right is the Mercury symbol with a crescent moon in it's head. Mercury rules Gemini, my sun sign, & my moon is in Cancer.

On the left is the Aquarius symbol, representing my husband & my daughter.

Next I plan to get the symbol for Gemini on my arm (the area of the body Gemini rules), followed by 4 crescent moons on the other side (representing the 4 members of my immediate family). The final design will be a pentacle on the back of my neck, totalling 5, reflective of Mercury & the five pointed pentacle (symbolizing mind over matter).

As you can guess, it's a very spiritual experience for me. ;)

thus far i have three.

1. A somewhat tribal dragon between my shoulder blades (not a very common one)
2. a tribal butterfly on my lower stomach next to my left hip, which i had to have reworked due to original bad artwork.
3. a very colorful Lotus on the base of my next with an OM. (i am so glad i hold pinks)

i am going to do a ring of flowers or a vine of some sort going drom teh widest tips of my lotus around the dragon in an oval.

I am looking for a good tattoo place in Tennessee, I have two tats on on each calf but the place that did them is in Ames Iowa too far to drive for a tatt, I am looking for a place and artist that cares about the quality of the art work and not pumping out flash. My tats are origanals and I'd like all my pieces to stay that way .
