The sickest E.P.F.P.T show ever. This hillbilly psycho drama bypasses clever satire and heads straight for mean spirited mockery. But that doesn’t mean it ain’t funny! Watch as Barney, Amanda, Randy, and Tina Nutt shovel up every southern stereotype and feed it into the comedic wood chipper, spraying out a gas-huffing, bible-thumping, cross-burning mess guaranteed to offend and entertain. This play showcases the scaled back, hand-puppet mis en scene that re-defined puppet theater for a generation. If Flannery O’Connor ate mushrooms and appeared as a guest on Hee Haw, this would be the result.
