Well, at current, I"m logging hours into Ufo Aftermath on the PC, Disgaea on the PS2, I have Fable & Baldur's Gate switching in the xbox, and Tales of Symphonia in the gamecube.

Mario RPG was pretty danged good, but I didn't think much of what they did with the paper mario series.. Rather like Wind Waker, it's certainly a novel approach, but not necessarily an easy sell.

My computer isn't beefy enough to do PC games right now so I have been running a PS2. I just finished Prince of Persia, The Sands Of Time. I'm on to Ghost Recon 2.

Looking Forward to Jack 2, Rachet and Clank; Up Your Arsenal, and the new Prince of Persia. Also, as soon as we gat a new comouter, I will be jonesing for Half Life 2.

As far as online games go I play The Realm Online, and Tibia ( cheesy 2d graphic games, but I still like them)
As far as the game systems go... I am still working on the .hack series and FFX-2 .. I just ordered Star Ocean 3 - Till the end of time and Fable thru a reward program at work! Can't wait to get those :-)
I know a little bit about everything, but not enough about anything to even be considered a Jack-of-All-Trades.

Haven't been playing anything lately since I put Fedora Core 2 on my comp. I'm too lazy to install games in Linux. But before I did that, I beat Doom3 and was playing Counter-Strike again because I was bored with Battlefield Vietnam. I kinda want to try Half-Life 2 when it comes out, but I don't want to put Windows on my computer again. I really doubt Valve making a native Linux installer, and I don't care to try out Transgaming's software.

Just finished beating the Konquest mode of Mortal Kombat : Deception recently.....was lots of fun.

Now, I wanna check out that Fable game.....and, now that Jak 3 is coming out soon, and jak 2 is now only like 19.99....i will prolly pick up jak 2 :) I'm such a bargain hunter.

If only black and white would ever come out for ps2....sigh....or did it and I just missed it somehow?

Xas bought san andreas today....so I'm sure that won't be leaving the ps2 for a while.....

San Andreas is GRATE. I used to think it was great to get to do one person drivebys to Yankee Rose, or even my arch nemesis song 99 Luft Balloons.....It is nothing compared to:

Your Cheatin Heart- Hank Sr.
Mother- Danzig
Them Bones- Alice In Chains
Personal Jesus- DM
White Wedding- Billy Idol

and how can you go wrong with W Axl Rose being the classic rock DJ? "Eddie's got two tickets to paradise.....and so do i.....in my pants"

this game will take what few hours i DID have still available in the day for oh...the next 3 months.

So, about this whole Grand Theft Auto thing.. I've heard the sales pitches, the hype.. From folks who have actually played it though..

Is it worth the investment? How does it improve on the formula? What little touches, bits of polish, really make it shine for you? What do you find lacking? How viciously can you beat old ladies & ho's? Is it still so deeply censored in the sins of the flesh? How do the graphics compare?

And my personal favorite.. Can you drift through a line of catholic schoolgirls crossing the street, then hop out and cap all the ones you missed in the knees, then grab the nun and take her back into the woods for some carnal sin? Cause, that's one improvement I requested over the last game.. Where, you know.. there weren't catholic schoolgirls to drift through.. or cap in the knees.. Or, you know.. Nuns.. To carnalize with..

I've so far felt its worth my investment. I pay 20 dollars for a dvd, and it entertains me initially for...2 maybe 3 hours. Double disc, maybe 5 hours. This game cost 50, and i'm sure it will keep me busy for at least a month. The aftergameplay value will be at least 2 months, simply on my analisty of having to do EVERYTHING on the game.

You CAN infact pin point where you want to shoot people, Theres tons of little things that have improved, things make more sense, and all the like. Now there ARE infact whorehouses, and you do have a Sex Appeal meter....so i'm sure you're gonna get more than a car squeaking up and down....but full on hardcore penetration and move the toggle stick to thrust it harder...i doubt it.

The realism is here too....I always hated it that you're hanging out with a bunch of mobsters and you never hear fuck...even shits were few and far beetween. No racial slurs..NOTHING. I've already heard like more 'fucks' than a quentin tarrantino film....and racial slurs everytime i turn around...FOR EVERYONE. You have to eat to stay healthy...you can workout....you can play fucking baseball on the game....how cool is that?

In short...i had believed in all the hype...it payed off for me.

This is why I have not posted much lately.

Just for the record, after plently of playing GTA at work today....there ARE school girls...you can pick them up, you CAN shoot them directly in the ass, and their little white thongs get bloody as fuck when you do.

No nuns encountered yet.
