since there aren't many people around here, you're the one getting spurtted on.

really, you should be honored.

I second that motion.

This sounds like a configuration issue - are your name server settings correct?

(If you don't know what I'm talking about, it's probably a good time for a call to your ISP's tech support. If they can't help you, I can probably talk you through a fix - but it's a bit beyond the scope of this thread.)

From JaNell and Sym:
isp is ut which means no tech support right now... as for our configuration, well we did update netscape only after it stopped being able to find KG.
Janell cleaned the cache and cookies out and rebooted the machine.

we didn't do anything - that makes me think it was your ISP's fault.

probably because that tag doesn't exist in the new forum. It seems to be a kind of cool feature that we just don't have any more.

Another dumb question: why is it that when I try to change the font size or color of my text, nothing happens? I click on the thingys above. For example:the words you are now reading should appear huge and in blue.

This is a test of the obligaotry BIG BLUE TEXT system
but then I type it in manually, if you use the buttons above it double enters the color and ends it and sometimes your text gets stuck out after the /color instead of before it.
e.g.
{color=blue}{size=18} yaddablah{/size}{/color} but with those silly brackets

ok - I've edited your posts, take a look at how I've placed the tags. The tags must enclose the text they modify.
