Things I’m obsessed with:

David Bowie
Period clothing (mainly Renaissance/Medieval, but lately Victorian)
Dancing (watching as well as participating)
Ebay
Getting my hair to grow
Relating chemical equations to everyday life
Comfortable platform boots
Afternoon naps (although not always possible)
Parts of New Orleans
SG30

And satanskitten shares one of my obsessions: Phantom of the Opera

BTW, for those that didn’t know, there is a version of the Lon Chaney film in which Switchblade Symphony has provided the soundtrack. I discovered this the other day and can't wait to see it.

It is on the way with new Diary of Dreams cd which was released today, so it should be here in the next week. I'll hook you up. :)
The Nashville trip is a good possibility for that time when work calms down some; not to mention, I still haven't heard if one of the Knoxville theaters is going to pick it up or not.

OOOoohhhh, tough poll question. I suppuse that depends on how it was going to kill me...slowly? quickly? would I die with a smile on my face?

I guess I have a few obsessions:

SEX (duh)
chocolate
shoes, boots, and hosiery
cats/cat totems
BDSM
shiney vinyl clothes
make up
crime novels
crime tv shows (i.e. Law&Order, CSI, etc)
cooking (I love to cook, I just have no one to cook for)
circus freaks

also, I think this is more of a quirk than an obsession, but I hate price tags, especially the stick on kind! They make me nuts! I sometimes peel them off before I get out of the store parking lot!

I'm just glad to know I'm not the only one with a serial killer fetish!

just to let you guys know, SBS didn't provide any music specifically for that soundtrack. they just took stuff from SBS's albums and chopped it up and put it with the movie. I was very disappointed when I found out.

Yes...yes...that was definitely one of the best things for me about Temple. Finding out I'm not alone in my crazy obsession...heh.
