Return of the 80s

If it's not covered by one of those other categories, you should probably talk about it here. Be nice.

1. I'm not doing any disco, to me even tho after researching everything disco covers up until 1982 or even 83, I still feel like Disco says 1970s waaaaay too much, and allthough i know my disco, like i know my 80s metal, its an 80s night, and i'm not doing any disco.

2. Yes Mr Nemesis, the disc you made was a great help, and I'm working on concept, not just music. Of course the full details will be given away before the first date, but i jumped on the fire to early once, and i want to make sure everything is set and ready, before i say we're gonna have this this and this as well.

3. Ms Storm, you simply take Cedar Bluff, to Park West make a left onto park west, and its on the left, perhaps 1500 feet after the turn. If you need more dead on directions, those will also be up as well.

4. Spam, i had in mind some Run DMC, perhaps some Beasties.....suggest more, and i'll check em out!

Turn up the road to go to Park West Hospital(off of Cedar Bluff)....it is just before the hospital on the left.

Well, a couple of ideas ... how about some modern synthpop? Freezepop, Ganymede, Gary Flanagan, that sort of thing ... :)

Or you could try playing some of my Synthetik FM stuff, I've come up with some new songs which I would love to get played. Of course it's all 80's influenced synthpop so I hope it isn't a problem.

Allthough i can see the response answer coming already, the second night is on the 20th, not the 21st....

And the odds of this happening on a regular basis, are well....in the hands of you guys.....If you want a weekly night again, i guess i'll see you all out in mass numbers, drinking like mad, and dancing even if i play Paranoimia....featuring that hip cat from the 80s Ma Ma Ma Max Headroom. So pink person, i suppose the answer to your question is, if you can't make it out on the 20th, then tell lots of people, so the night is hot.....infact everyone tell lots of people.

We'll also be doing a serious flier campaign next week, if you would like to volunteer, please let either Bone or I know in the next few days.

thanks

I love Freezepop......they even do a song about a 1980's videogame called Robotron.....

I can put some flyers in the tour/local shows book at Hot Topic. I can also do some in Oak Ridge if you like...
