So, anyone with political thoughts feel free to share them. The only rules are... Dont label yourself.... Dont be fucking "liberal" or "conservative" mearly share your beliefs... No one go "well im a liberal and I voted for Kerry"

Ill start.

On the idea of social politics:

Is it just me, or did someone write a "constitution" and wasnt this "constitution" the "supreme law of the land"

And didnt this constitution lay out rights and state they are recognized, and not granted? There is a fine line, and a very dangerous one. America did not grant the rights enumerated in the bill of rights, it mearly said that they recognized them as Devine aspects of a liberated people, and would do nothing to check them

So am I the only one who gets really *REALLY* angry at the idea of "free speech zones?" Forgive me, but wherever I happen to be standing at any given point in time is a free speech zone. The right to speak and believe freely is granted to me by a power that no man may check or edit.

My beliefs on social politics are summed up pretty good with this statement: Government is like fire, and it is necissary, like fire. It must be kept in its place, for it is a fearful servent. The government is necssiary in three aspects: protecting the lives of its citizenry, protecting the liberty of its citizenry, and protecting the property of its citizenry. If a government's actions do not attribute to one of these things, then it is doing something it should not..

Abortion? Why are men making that descion? isnt that best left up to women? I dont remember ever carrying a baby....

Heres a simple solution though: Allow abortion, but dont fund it with government funds, furthermore, dont fund censorship or the war on drugs with goverment funds

Gay Marriage? Lets think about this for a moment. Isnt a marriage an agreement between two people? The governemtn recognizes civil unions if two people are not religious, and if those two people happen to be religious, and want a religious union... all they have to do is find a church that will unite them. That descision is between the churhc, and the two people seeking union. THe government has no place in Marriage. Again, if the union does not violate the liberty, property, or life of another, then it should not be disallowed... as this disallowment would be out of the government's realm.


Fiscal Issues:

Its my money. The government needs to leave it alone. I dont want to pay for the FCC. I dont want to pay for the FDA. all i want to pay for with my money are the Armed forces, police, schools, hospitals, and Fire stations. I dont want to pay for corperate takovers. I dont want to pay for any of this silly shit. If the government isnt using my money on one of those things, then it is stealing it from me.

My general stance on everything: Do what you want just don't fuck up anyone else's day.

My stance on laws: There are too many.

My stance on goverment in general: Are we really that stupid that we need someone to tell us what not to do with our time.

My stance on drugs: If you overdose or kill all of your brain cells, it is your fault, not the drugs fault.

I think drugs should be legalized, and then taxed just like anything else. If someone isn't intelligent enough to understand the concept of moderation, fuck 'em. Let them overdose - it cleans the gene pool.

I think that birth control should be mandatory. This goes for both genders. In other countries, there are injections for males that have very few side-effects - especially compared to the depo-provera shots for females. ( C'mon guys, scared of a little needle? Pussies! )

I think that religion should play no part in government. My reason? There are too many religions within this country to use any one of them as basis for a law, rule, or restriction upon this country's populace.

Abortion should stay pro-choice. A person has a right to choose the fate of their own body - otherwise, you condemn that person into being a living incubator. It's not like they'll treat their child worth a shit if they have to bear them against their will, anyway.

Everyone should have to be subjected to seeing the process of death. This should be placed into school curriculums. Everyone should know what death and killing looks like, so they can better judge why peace - international and domestic - is a Good Thing™. I personally believe that people would be less likely to say, "Hey, war's not such a bad thing," after seeing, in person, the results of napalm on the human body.

I think that rapists and child molesters would be the perfect source of examples for the aforementioned napalm.

I think that an army of winged robot monkeys would be perfect for enforcing all of this. Except for about 8 of them, which ben can use as his personal sex toys.

1. Provide for the common defence (not offence)
2. moderate between states if/when their laws conflict.

Well after much debate on even posting on this i figure this will help explain me and what i am about.
First off i am pro choice i think a woman's body is her own and nobody should stand in front of her telling her what she can and cant do with it.
Next I think drugs should remain illegal and maybe even in the next few years maybe making tobaco illegal as i have seen the ill effects of smoking and i consider it as dangerous as certin drugs.
Third I am against gay marriage (and certin forms of strait marriage for that matter)I grew up in the bapist/church of god home it has been instilled in me marriage is a man and woman thats not to say you can have civil unions.On the strait marriage thing i think it should be harder to get married in general i would close up those little white wedding chappels in las vegas so there could no longer be those 55 hour britney spears wedding that give marriage a bad name.
As you can see i lean to the right i did vote for Bush and im not sorry for it and those out there can rip me a new one for it but i will remain steadfast in what i beleave in and my way of life.

Health Care - Hospitals and doctors are there for people who need help...not people who have money and health insurence.

Abortion - I don't really care for labels...Obviously the fetus is alive...but sometimes it's more cruel to let it be born...but I shouldn't be able to make it's decision on that...so where do I stand? I'm not sure yet.

Gay marrige - Homosexuals deserve every right that a Heterosexual does.

Homelessness - Yeah...the American government will have a war on terror...and drugs...but will they have a war on homelessness? fuck no...because they profit from the poor.
Most homeless people are homeless because they lived in inner city cheap apartments that later became torn down to make way for expensive condos...causing these people to have no place to live because that old cheap ass apartment was all they could afford. The other part of homeless people are usually veterans turned away from shelters.

Drugs - COME ON...TABACCO IS FUCKING KILLING A LOT OF PEOPLE. It's already killed my mother and it's about to kill my aunt...and is workin on my dad. Alcohol rotts your fuckin liver and stomach and everything fucken else. AND THAT SHIT IS LEGAL. Because they can tax it and profit from your death. When you get sick...you go to a doctor...and a cut of what that doc. makes goes back to the government. They profit from your sickness. I say if you can make tabacco illegal and alcohol as well...THEN drugs can be illegal.

If you're an 18 year old soldier, that means you were 16 when this war started. That gave you TWO YEARS to decide whether or not you wanted to join the armed services. These kids weren't drafted.
