AQUARIAN PARTY UPDATE

yes, the aquarius party is this weekend and we have a wonderful treat for you guys.

peggy hambright (old schoolers may remember her from the judybats) owner of Mag-pies will be custom creating a chocolate raspberry truffle cake for our party this weekend!

now i know some of you might be saying, ok , great, we get a cake. if thats all you have to say then you havent had a cake from magpies, jeeze louise. let me just say i love her stuff so much that i am making a new thread about it, its REALLY REALLY good

also we are working on some giveaways for our birthday boys and girls ;)

anyway, that is all, see you saturday!

I remember her from the Judybats, and when she used to bake stuff for Tomato Head....

I am an Antiquarian.....

Actually...now that my birthday is safely past I can hold my hand up on this one.The line is January 21st. and mine is on the 27th, so I'm in.

My Chinese Zodiac is more interesting....every placemat in any chinese restaurant will tell you that those born in 1969 are part of the year of the Cock.....but I never felt particularly Cocky....

Please....hold your laughter....it gets better.

I only recently discovered that The dividing line in this instance is actually February 17th....and I was actually born in the previous year....It seems that it jumps around a bit.

I am not a cock at all.....I am a monkey.....

Go figure....

There are also breakdowns for Month and hour.....that would give me a secondary of Ox and a tertiary of dog....or dragon.....I am uncertain as to if it was AM or PM.

YUM. A friend and I were at Mag-pies last Friday. We got some carrot cake that I probably would have given her sexual favors for. Alas, all they needed was 2 dollars. :)
