Big Weekend in Nashville 12th & 13th

I keep getting bits and pieces of information about the big to-do in Nashville this weekend (March 12th and 13th) I know Bone is DJing and there are other things going on, but if someone (heh - Bone!) could please post all the details - who, what, where, when, how and most importantly - why, man, why?!

Anyone who is interested in me tagging along and splitting gas and maybe motel expenses: I'm looking to go but need to save some money and maybe you are in the same boat!
