A debt-ridden university professor(Charles Martin Smith) recruits three of his brightest students( Ginger Snaps' Katharine Isabelle and Kris Lemche with Albert Chung) to excel in the art of card counting and gambling to help him pay back his large sums of money. However, things take a dangerous turn when the teacher's bankroller(Julian Richings) claims he wants payback in a week-or else.........This is a 2005 Canadian film that I recently watched and adored. Fast paced, good acting, suspense and comedy all rolled into one about card counters. Hard to find in America, but if you can get ahold of a copy, definitely worth seeing this flick. Katharine Isabelle is hotter than ever in this one! Two thumbs way up!
