On my way to Knox...

Post by indigo2morrow »

Hi everyone. As much as I hate these introductions, Jay told me that I needed to join the board and say hi. I live in Chattanooga and am headed northward this weekend for Temple. I'm a recent transplant to Tennesse (from the hell that is Florida) and love it here, though , until recently I'd been moaning about the lack of nightlife and like-minded people.

Anyway, I look forward to meeting people tomorrow night - I'll be the one asking Jay way too many questions, most likely.

:)

I'm like in between Chatt and Knoxville. I was really wanting to go to Temple but alas, I have to work.
Where am I?

Most recently I lived in Tallahassee - lived there for the better part of the last 12 years (if you count my four at FSU) - before that I lived in Martin County, about 2 hours north of Miami on the east coast. One of my best friends (and former college roomie) lives in Tampa.

I'm *so* glad I'm not in FL anymore - especially after the last hurricane season.

I wish I could make it out tonight, but I have to get up at 6AM and drive to Emerald Isle, North Carolina. Yay for vacation!!! Hope your first night at Temple goes well.

Thanks! Me too. I think it will be worth it, if only for the company , which , i'm assured by Jay, is fabulous. :)

I had a great time at Temple on Saturday. Everyone was fabulously nice, the music and drinks were great...an alltogether perfect experience. I can't wait to come back and meet more of you.

Like I keep saying, it's southern gothpitality at its finest!
