Like CafePress, But With BLACK T-shirts!

Spread Shirt is very like CafePress, but with more products. They're based in Europe but have a US division, which means TWO big markets for selling your dark & spooky designs. The European division has more products to print on but the US division is catching up.

More importantly, both offer flocked printing (very velvet-like), reflective printing, and BLACK shirts. The online store is FREE and you can have as many products in it as you want.
