looking for a roommate...

alas! i have not fallen off the face of the earth (i know some of you were wondering, and some of you probably don't even remember me its been so long)....

so. I have a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Fort Sanders at the corner of 23rd and Laurel Ave. my roommate just moved away, and i am looking for someone to move in (i love my place, but can't afford it alone!)

for those of you who don't know me, i am Laurah (http://www.angelfire.com/va2/gothickchickspage), i am a student who just turned 21 and i would prefer a female roommate who is preferably (but doesn't have to be) a student. your half of rent would be $400 a month and includes electricity, water, and basic cable. there's plenty of parking and its close to the strip and UT Campus. the bedroom up for rent has phone and cable hookups as well as a walk in closet. the lease is up in November and it moves to a month by month rental after that.
