Last Dance concert, lava lounge 2000

Im just digging up some old memorys, is there anyone here that went to that concert. I know it was my first goth event. It was great.

Yep. Jason/Arkady and myself were there. Ummmm, Morgan/Hardcoregirl was there, Michael Xi, Chris Ory/Auralfixation, beyond that I really can't remember. Jason and I were in the DJ booth pretty much the whole time.

Yes I was there and had pics of me with them at IHOP. Ichabod from Nashville was there as well as some others from Nash. Caustic was there too and hung out with the late last drummer...

i never went to the lava lounge
the only goth or industrial or whatever night i've ever been to in knoxville was at the mercury theatre
and neptunes once after mercury

There was a band that opened for Last Dance. I believe that they were called EVIL TWIN. Does anyone remember them? What ever happened to them? Ive been out of the scene around here for quite some time, due to college and travel abroad. What ever happened to the fetish shows in knoxville? and is sanctus the only Goth event in knoxville? :?:

I was there. I was Djing at Lava with Michael Xi around that time and videotaped the show, but it has since been lost. It's probably buried somewhere in the pile of 300+ VHS tapes I need to sort through. I copied it off for a couple of people and should be able to relocate it and burn it off to DVD to some people if anyone is interested.
I remember Evil Twin opened up for them that night...
Jeff from Last Dance has family in Knoxville and still comes out this way from time to time. He was out at Sanctus earlier this year. I would love to see those guys play here again.

I know those freaks, and I've worked with them before. They were around up until a couple of years ago, and opened up for "Frankenstein Dragqueens from Planet 13" a few times. They went on to play a couple of shows as Rus Harper's old band "Teenage Love" before splitting up. Mehem on the board has some of their shows on DVD that me and some other people videotaped back in the day. Rus is doing solo stuff now, and still does spoken word from time to time.
