The music list has Sisters of Mercy twice.

And Joy Division? I've never heard Joy Division at any of the goth nights unless I played them.

Transmission was actually my first song when I did that mini-set at Summer School@Temple in "The History of Goth" back in August.

I stand corrected.

But, three times in several years is not nearly enough. Joy Division is like, the best band of all time, kinda.

i recall hearing them at some time earlier - in fact, their cover of "justify my love" was what got me "in to them"

in fact, if i wanted to hear more of them, i'd post it in the "xxxx¹ sanctus requests thread" that appears monthly. they really do play some of the songs requested there, man. yeah, they have time slots to fill, so they can't play everything that everyone requests, but they do their best. and hell, you've DJ'd. i'm sure you understand that limitation.

Joy Division covering "Justify My Love" would be difficult as they broke up when the singer hung himself in 1980.
I was born a bastard - and then I just got worse.
