Ok, not going to hide it. I totally want one. I figure it'll be less than 6 months before the hardware is fully supported under Linux anyways...

Why run linux on it? It's already got BSD.

Just depends on the person I guess, I prefer Linux to OSX.

good point. kill the gui, and it feels almost just like freebsd to me.

i do prefer linux for desktop machines, though..

Either way, I think I may get one. Will probably wait until the initial hype runs out through though. I want to wait a bit and see if they do some upgrade or price drop after the initial release.
