I decided to put John's theory to the test. I used my patented shitometer to measure the output of the stated bands and discovered that they are, in fact, shit. When I measured Coldplay it actually caught fire, which is ironic when you think about it.

Anyway, you can't deny science. These bands are objectively shite and anyone who disagrees is either a woman, a gay or a mental and god knows they shouldn't be allowed anywhere near the internet.

What I find most hilarious about this all is that "junkie christ" went on and on about how no one should pay attention to John and "not feed the trolls" and blah blah blah look at me i'm so uniquely gothic, yet he/she/it got worked up enough by what John was saying to leave long, frothing, semi-coherent half-rant-half-insults about how he never should have been born, etc., etc. It's like saying "Don't touch the electric fence! Seriously, I do all these things that you people do:

- Wear all black
- get pissed about the would we live in
- wish that I could be a vampire
- Like to see women make out with one another

However these are the things that you do that I do not:
- Put any stock into any musician and relate thier songs to my life experiences because noone else will understand
- Believe that all I should do about the south is whine, bitch, moan, and complain instead of move
- Point out others problems in order to avoid my own

NOW.

Here's what I do that you don't:
- I give two shits about music.
- realize that life is only truly horrible when you've given up the fight
- smile
- Noticed that most people who don't believe in god scream for his help (i.e. GOD, JESUS CHRIST!!!1, BLAH)

Also, who gives a shit about any bands from Washington? It's like america's poorly done version of England.

Music is truly relative, there is no way that you can honestly relate to every song that one band has done. I used to think so myself until I realized that I was forcing a life on myself that was not mine but a manufactured one created by marketers in order to sell more shit.

If you refute that point, then I direct you directly to you nearest "Hot Topic" retail chain where you can go goth for less. Don't have the Betty Paige studded belt? Oh you bet your sweet gloomy ass you could get it there.

I can tell you all right now that John Cheese's study into subjectivity was unbiased and checked by several independent sources who were not John Cheese, such as myself. I know that the truth can be hard to hear- as it was hard for the atheists to hear when it was proved beyond all doubt that the Lord is our one true God- but a real man will accept the truth and try to live his life as best he can with this new knowledge.

I have an example for you: as a child, I took part in a music class. After my audition (an hour long recital of various Wu-Tang Clan classics) the teacher informed me that I was not a good singer and would not improve easily. Did I tell her that all taste is subjective? Did I whine and gnash, and stamp my feet because I had been exposed to a colder, harsher world? No, I did not. I manned up right there and then and I smacked that bitch silly. And I suggest you all do the same.

2) N Sync, Backstreet Boys, 98 Degrees
3) Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Pink, Shakira, Jessica Simpson (sure, a few of them are fucking hot, but i'd need a roll of ducttape before hopping into bed with any of them...)
4) Green Day, Blink 182
5) Gwen Stefani
6) My Chemical Romance, or any emo band for that matter...
7) any dumbfuck that was on American Idol and somehow managed to get a recording contract
8.) Beyonce (once again, ducttape...)

Fact 1: Only 20% of the people on this board are actually "goth" and probably less then 1% of those wish they could be a vampire. Iif you don't know what goth is, you shouldn't even begin to presume.

Fact 2: Junkie Christ is definitely not goth.

Fact 3: Junkie Christ knows more about music, having wriiten, composed, played, mixed, DJ'ed, promoted and hung out/drunk under the table/beat the shit out of with more musicians then you can count even if you opened your mouth looked in a mirror and added those three teeth.

Fact 4: Junkie Christ is a christian

Fact 5: Having to create so many different log-ins to whine and bitch about how "superior" you and your opinions are to the rest of society just shows that you really should stop downloading music off the net from your parent's basement, pull your head out of your pimply ass and get a fucking life.
