Yep, you read right; they're making Saw III. Not a whole lot is known right now, but you can get some info here.

Even though I love the series, I really think they should stop while they're ahead.

Only the third one has been confirmed so far. I would expect they will either leave it as a trilogy, or decide to keep going if ticket sales for this one are as high as they were for Saw II.

It sponsored a bunch of shit this week and showed like 2 minutes clips...it seems alright, but I didn't see the second one...

damn near everything im reading lately adapts the one a year policy to they meant to do a trilogy released one a year.

id say they will stop at 3.

3 was a very good stopping point thats better wrote than you realize till its over.
