oh, if one is grown in a vat, i don't think 'conception' in the conventional sense applies. and it's none too certain that we won't be grown in vats in the near (say, 30 to 400 years - if not sooner) future. say, for example, to avoid having our embryos affected by massive amounts of radiation after WWIII.

that 'essay' (the 2012 prophecies) was written by some quack trying to sell a book. I received it in a newsletter once.

I'd venture to say that the ancients had technologies that we don't. It's sort of obvious when one looks at the pyramids at giza. I tend to put my money on the theory that they were built using sound. That is, they somehow created vibrations in the earth (probably with huge horns) that helped to move the mountainous blocks up a miles long gradual incline to the top of the pyramid.

The paper itself is not the evidence. I don't need to produce anything more because all you need to do is look at what the paper cites, which are reputable sources.

But, the fact is that I don't have time to track down the works cited, and from what I did read, the contaminated sample theory sounds more plausible than a completely unsubstantiated theory that Egyptians traveled to America to get these drugs.
