they list asparagus as one of the world's healthiest foods; yet after i ate a pound of them, i couldn't shit right for almost a week.

when i was 12 i finally gave in to my grandmother and ate a prune, and I loved them, so i ate the whole tin, which was like a pound....yay, for me.....
