they list asparagus as one of the world's healthiest foods; yet after i ate a pound of them, i couldn't shit right for almost a week.

let's just say that they're apparently very, very high in fiber...

when i was 12 i finally gave in to my grandmother and ate a prune, and I loved them, so i ate the whole tin, which was like a pound....yay, for me.....

well, i hope you learned something from your experience... i certainly did: 6 flax oil pills and a cup of vegetable oil fixes anything.

and definitely "fixes" any chance you have at a full night of uninterrupted sleep.
