Its....ok....considering its a republican propaganda peice. The heavy vehicle chase was cool, The new teminator was a bore, it spoils the serise (everything you liked about T2, forget it). And the minor time traveling pardoxes that were part of the first movies become massive gapping holes. There are some major plot problems but to dicuss them would be spoilers so i'll wait a week. I can see why everyone but arnold would have nothing to do with this script.

If you want to see Arnold doing his terminator thing and dont really care about story its worth while....IF you want to see a good terminator movie...rewatch the second one.

i thought it tied T2 easy, i reread the script offline last night when i couldnt sleep.....
i watched last night
and it absolutly chilled me to the bone.... that could happen tomorow.
i think people are getting to critical and bitchy over this flick and missing the forest for the trees
and i still wouldnt vote for arnold after watching it so......

i think some if the plot ideas in this movie actually take out T2 which is one of my favorite movies................

maybe that explains where the misterous power cells come from, when they upgraded him to mini nukes for batteries they started calling them 101's :shrug:

, the propaganda I was getting on about was because Bush (the head of the republican party who Arnold is a member of) is an evangelical and one of thier msgs is you cant escape jugment day no matter what you do it will happen (ya ya its a stretch and alot of people think im off my rocker on that one :shrug:

) Im sticking with calling T3 highlander 2 but its only my humble opinion, most others seem to like it alot.

i can see the judgement day comparison and i can agree with it, but its not enough to detract from it to me.

I thought the movie was decent. Better than the second...i'm not sure, i need to perhaps rewatch T2. The new terminator, was a bore.....she was just too- badass perhaps is the word. I mean yes, the evil terminator should be more badass, just not THAT evolved. My thinking on this matter is to complicated to type right now cus i am lazy. However...the plot of you can't avoid Judgement Day, you can only run from it was cool. Explaining little shit was cool too.

I also felt like....well of course you are going to get "The Line" I mean Daniel Madigan said it best in Last Action Hero when he said " Its like your calling card...everyone expects it, and they just look for how you work it into your movie." BUT GODAMNIT....if i had to hear I'll Be Back...or some variation of it once more....the movie wouldn't be back for me.....

So...Basically...it was good for what i paid....i went to the cheapie show....if i woulda paid full price, i woulda been more critical.

I personally thought it was good, but they need to fill 1 or 2 plot holes. Hopefully, if they make a T4, that'll be done.

yes, Highlander 2: The Jokening was pretty pathetic, thats what happens when you go over time and over budget, studio steps in and fucks everything up, luckily the Renegade Edition sort of repaired the storyline

Actually for me there really isn't.

(yes they're different but the end result is the same).

Saw T2 with all the extra scenes, they actually explained a few minor points. But with the extra scenes they also push the "there is no fate but what you make" even harder making T3s deviation even more anoying.
