Pirate raid on Fairbanks Swing night October 3rd

Post by celticsmith »

As suggested by Mz Delacey. A raid on their swing dance night might be fun. They meet every other Friday...including this coming one. However this Friday might be a little soon to prepare....So I declare that the raid should be two weeks hence (October the 3rd).

I beat up swing kids...so, in order to avoid jail time...I believe I'll skip that.

Can you swing dance totally inebriated? Or does that it make it more...fun? :>

I'm there.
More to see the Streamliners than to dance.

Hey....I'm not there to dance either....Unless I get an urge.

URGE!!!!!

Mostly to drink and listen to music......which is what I end up doing on most raids anyway.

I'm so totally there and stuff.

Unfortunately, as much as I would like to go, I will be in Atlanta that night.

I'm on it. I MISS swing dancing soooo much! Maybe some of my old friends will be there. Hopefully none of the enemies. *grin*

$10 bucks...? Well, I guess if you want to/can dance it could possibly be worth it....

yeah, $10 is pretty steep.....but I'm still going. I went this past Friday and it was great. The place looks awesome, very classy.
The Streamliners just keep getting better and better. I have been going to see them since they were the Uptown Rhythm Kings about 5-6 years ago. Lots of energy!!
Maybe I should get a little goth swing lesson thing going. I would love to see more of you out there!
pm me if you are really interested in lessons!
