How many of us live or work around the fort?

If it's not covered by one of those other categories, you should probably talk about it here. Be nice.

How many of us live or work around the fort?

Post by blindboy »

From some of the posts i've noticed that quite a few of us work or live around the fort. I was just wondering how many more are present in this area.

I work at the Jesse Harris building, so the latest fires have been within a couple of blocks of where I work. The fires are scary as hell. I hope they catch the jagoff that is setting them. To everyone else that lives or works in the fort I empathize.

I just got done talking to some of my neighbors that live in the building next to me that just caught fire this morning. According to an officer I talked to last night the one the night before was started by a wall heater, However, their is mention of someone leaving the building just before the fire started and has not been back. I was told the person whose apt. caught fire was supposed to be moving out although I have not heard whether or not he was being evicted or just moving out,

Chris and I live in the fort.
Sure, I'll try to be nicer, if you try to be smarter.

I live with my hubby and daughter in the fort.

This place is so sad sometimes, could be a really intersting place to live but it's fallen to slum housing in lots of cases... and in other cases the landlords are afraid to fix up places really well because of the arson going around.

I work in the UT Conference Center in downtown, but I usually park in the Fort and walk over.

I've perpetrated an on-again, off-again haunting of the fort area since 1996. Lately it's on-again, so I'm watching closely as well.
