Does anyone know a good place to buy cds (new or used)? I am having a hard time finding places (so far) that have any music from Moi Dix Mois, X Japan, Electric Hellfire Club, or Peaches. Any suggestions will be [greatly] appreciated... thanx...

I'd suggest you try disk exchange. If they don't have it they will usually order it for you. There are also several online retailers that you can try. Try :google:
